A protest peace rally organized by the Civil Society was held at the Arts Council of Karachi on August 26th. The rally was held in reaction to the Sialkot murders of two young brothers by the mob in presence of law enforcing officials.
A letter was written to the Chief Justice of Pakistan and copies of it were signed by all the attendees. The attendees also signed a huge banner with messages to the Chief Justice. This event was attended by local celebrities, artists and people from all walks of life.
