The Stellar School System

For the first time in Pakistan, young entrepreneurs Savail Meekal Hussain, Sikander Rashid Choudry and Jehanzeb Amin have joined forces with Pakistan’s premier intellectuals, educationists and academics to bring to the country a brand new schooling experience, the Stellar School System, which features activity and technology based learning, an interactive and integrated curriculum, in-house teacher training programmes, state of the art campuses and the revolutionary concept of no admission fee combined with affordable tuition fees.

To that end, the school will be hosting four carnivals and open house events at their two campuses this month. These events are open to all parents, teachers and students to come and be part of the Stellar schooling experience. All four events will comprise interactive quizzes, puppet shows, singing, art and spelling competitions, school tours, food stalls, animal rides and much more. The vision behind these events is to promote learning on various levels, from the academic represented in quizzes to the extra curricular, represented in the singing and art competitions for instance. The first two Stellar School branches are exclusively for girls from class five onwards, with separate branches for boys.

About the Stellar School System:

The Stellar School System is currently being launched in Lahore, in the Gulberg and Johar Town areas with plans to establish a chain of schools across Pakistan in the near future along with a vision to expand internationally.

The Stellar School System is bringing together on a united platform, the best teachers and Heads of Schools in the field, who are dynamic, capable, experienced and passionate about teaching. Stellar aims to nurture the creative potential of students by replacing the current method of rote learning in most schools with activity based learning from playgroup to the senior level in terms of both academic and co-curricular learning. This will be achieved by having an integrated and interactive curriculum which has been designed exclusively for the school by leading experts in the field and the curriculum will be regularly reviewed by a curriculum advisory board which comprises of Pakistan’s eminent educationists.

Stellar School System’s vision aims to enable students to acquire concepts with the analytical and imaginative capability to apply these to meet the challenges of our time. The first two branches will be for girls only from class five onwards, with separate branches for boys.
